With over 30 years of experience cooking in fine Italian restaurants, our chef and owner is excited to present authentic Italian cuisine to you. His passion for Italian cooking was so great that early in his career he visited Italy and trained with chefs from Rome and Milan. When we say we put our guests and the quality of our food first, we mean it.

Having cooked for Miami Beach, Celebration, Lake Nona, and Champions Gate, our chef was ready to share his cooking without the limiting restrictions of being an employee. After much deliberation and planning, Piccolina Trattoria was born literally translating to "small restaurant." This is a family-run food truck that aims to bridge the gap between quality ingredients and affordability.
